To help your business to be PCI, HIPPA, SOX, or GLB compliant, our engineers have been specially trained to help you meet and implement their standards and/or guidelines. If interested, please send a message to customerservice@servertune.com

In addition, our dedicated servers and VPS meet all US and international standards of compliance.

PCI compliancy
Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) is a worldwide security standard assembled by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC). The PCI security standards are technical and operational requirements that were created to help organizations that process card payments prevent credit card fraud, hacking and various other security vulnerabilities and threats.

HIPAA compliancy
In August of 1996, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) was enacted. HIPAA requires the development and implementation of standards for the exchange, storage and handling of certain health care administrative data, security measures and privacy protections.

HIPAA mandates that all health care providers and partners take formal, documented steps to protect the privacy of personal health information.

SOX compliancy
The Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, also known as the Public Company Accounting Reform and Investor Protection Act of 2002 and commonly called Sarbanes-Oxley, Sarbox or SOX, establishes new or enhanced standards for public company boards, management, and public accounting firms. SOX is a safeguard for investors against potential fraud or disinformation regarding losses that may affect a company's financial position.

Gramm Leach Bliley compliancy
Gramm Leach Bliley (GLB) or the Financial Services Modernization Act of 1999 was passed by the United States Congress and mandates that any company dealing with private financial information must have a security policy in place to “ensure the security and confidentiality of customer records and information; to protect against any anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of such records; and to protect against unauthorized access to or use of such records or information that could result in substantial harm or inconvenience to any consumer.”
